Drone Roof Health Check

For leaks, repairs and "can you take a look". Drone survey of your whole roof, photos and video, a written report and a fixed repair price. Comes off your repair bill if you go ahead within 30 days.

Up to half a day on site with ladder access, small materials included: slipped or broken tiles, sealing, minor flashing. If we fix it on your Health Check visit, the check is included.

Why do you charge for the Health Check?

Many roofers look for free, then build the cost into the repair or quote from the ground. We'd rather show you exactly what's wrong with drone photos, so you only pay for what's needed. And if you go ahead with the repair within 30 days, the £114 comes off your bill.

Getting quotes from a few roofers?

Start with a Health Check. You'll get photos and a written report of exactly what your roof needs, so every quote you get is like-for-like and nobody can upsell you.

What if it's only a small fix?

We carry common materials, so small repairs are usually done on the same visit. You'd pay the £264 small-repair minimum, with the Health Check included, not on top.

Do you charge for quotes on new roofs or big jobs?

No. Send us photos first and we'll give you a guide price. If it's in your budget, we'll visit for free and give you a fixed-price written quote.

How do I pay?

We send you a secure payment link: Apple Pay, Google Pay, any debit or credit card, or pay straight from your bank app. Bigger jobs take a deposit when you accept the quote, with the balance due on completion.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, free of charge with 24 hours' notice. If the weather makes it unsafe to fly or work, we'll rebook you at no cost.
